Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, honey, and vegetable oil.

Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
