- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- 1¼ cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup zucchini, grated
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
For Garnish:
