How To Make Bread Machine Olive Bread
A savory and aromatic bread with the perfect balance of salty olives and fluffy yeast.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1/2 cup chopped olives
Instructions

Add water and olive oil to the bread machine pan.

Add bread flour, sugar, salt, and yeast on top of it.

Select dough cycle and press start.

After the cycle is finished, add chopped olives and knead it for 2-3 minutes.

Remove the dough and shape it into a round loaf.

Cover the loaf with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Bake the loaf for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let it cool before slicing.
