Taste the flavor that beer adds to your bread! The alcohol will be evaporated in the baking process, leaving only a malty flavor that tastes amazing in freshly-baked bread.
How To Make Beer Bread
Coat a 9 x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray and lightly dust with 2 tsp. flour. Set aside.
Combine the remaining 3 cups of flour and sugar in a bowl, stir well, and make a well in the center of the mixture.
Add the melted margarine and beer. Stir just until moistened. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes on a wire rack. Remove from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Cut bread into 8 slices and each slice in half before serving.
