How To Make St Patrick’s Day Guinness Dip Recipe

- 1 cup Guinness beer
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Irish soda bread or crackers, for serving

In a small pot, bring the Guinness beer to a boil and simmer until reduced by half.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
