Instructions

  2. Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. Drizzle each steak with olive oil and rub in your chosen mix & match seasoning.

  4. Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.

  5. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
