How To Make Pesto Salmon Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the greased baking dish.

Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.

Scatter the cherry tomatoes over the pesto-covered salmon.

Top with cooked penne pasta, spreading it evenly over the dish.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pasta.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
