- 2garlic cloves
- ¼cupwater
- 2 ½tbsptahini sauce
- ¼cuplemon juice
- 2ice cubes
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspcumin powder
- 2tbspolive oil
For Meat Ingredients:
- 1lbsirloin steakcooked and cut into small pieces
- ¼tspsalt
- ¼tsppepper
- ¼tspall-spice
- ¼ cinnamon
- ¼ cardamom powder
- pine nut, paprika, and parsleyfor garnish
Instructions

Blend all the hummus ingredients except for the olive oil together in the food processor for 2 minutes, then mix everything with a spoon and blend for another minute.
