How To Make White Bean and Roasted Garlic Spread Recipe

A creamy, flavorful spread perfect as a dip or sandwich condiment.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 head of roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Cut off the top of the head of garlic and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Wrap in foil and roast for 40 minutes.

  2. In a food processor, combine the white beans, roasted garlic, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Process until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  4. Serve as a dip with veggies or chips or as a spread on sandwiches.
