Delicious and hearty white bean and sausage skillet that is easy to make and perfect for a cozy dinner.

  • 1 pound of Italian sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cans of white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


  1. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned.

  2. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

  3. Add white beans, diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for 15-20 minutes until the sausage is cooked through and the flavors have melded together.

  5. Serve hot, topped with fresh chopped parsley.
