How To Make White Bean and Sausage Skillet Recipe
Delicious and hearty white bean and sausage skillet that is easy to make and perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cans of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned.

Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add white beans, diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for 15-20 minutes until the sausage is cooked through and the flavors have melded together.
