Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds removed
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, vanilla bean seeds, and salt.

  3. Add nuts to the bowl and toss until coated.

  4. Spread nut mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
