How To Make CPK Thai Chicken Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup peanut sauce
  • 1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Roll out pizza dough onto a baking sheet.

  3. Spread peanut sauce onto pizza dough.

  4. Sprinkle cooked chicken, red onion, and shredded cheese on top.

  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

  6. Remove from oven and top with fresh cilantro, carrots, bean sprouts, and roasted peanuts.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
