How To Make Coconut-Crusted Taro Fries
These taro fries makes for a unique, but equally crispy and flavorful snack! It’s baked with a crunchy coconut crust for a more delectable treat.

- 2tbspcoconut milk
- 1tbspcoconut oil,melted
- 1pinchHimalayan salt
- 1large taro root,peeled, sliced into thin strips
- 1tbspcoconut flakes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix the coconut milk, coconut oil, and salt together in a bowl. Add the taro root, then toss until coated.

Place the coated taro root onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with coconut flakes, and mix well.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then flip and continue baking for 15 more minutes until the coconut is golden and crispy.
