- 4 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions

In a large pot, heat the milk over medium heat until it reaches 180°F.

Remove the pot from heat and slowly stir in the vinegar.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes until curds start forming.

Line a colander with cheesecloth and place it over a bowl.

Gently pour the curds into the colander, allowing the whey to drain off. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the salt over the curds and gently mix it in.

Transfer the cheese curds to a serving dish and serve warm.
