Ingredients
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 4 balls of burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes, or until crispy.

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Remove the toasted bread from the oven and let it cool slightly. Spread a generous amount of the tomato mixture on each slice.

Place a ball of burrata cheese on top of the tomato mixture on each slice of bread.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
