How To Make Calamari Stuffed Peppers Recipe
Fresh roasted bell peppers stuffed with tender calamari, creamy feta cheese and crispy breadcrumbs. A perfect combination of flavors and textures!

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 lb. calamari, cleaned and chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil until fragrant.

Add calamari and cook until opaque, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and mix in feta, breadcrumbs and parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place pepper halves in a baking dish and fill with calamari mixture.

Drizzle with remaining olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until peppers are tender and filling is golden brown.
