How To Make Calamari and Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe
Flavorful and tender calamari paired with zesty cilantro lime rice.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. calamari, sliced into rings
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Rinse rice and add to a pot with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover for 12-15 minutes, until water is absorbed.

While rice cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add calamari to skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, until tender.

Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt/pepper to rice. Fluff with a fork to combine.

Serve calamari and rice together.
