How To Make Calamari Salad Recipe
A refreshing and flavorful salad that combines tender calamari with fresh herbs and tangy dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. fresh calamari, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add calamari and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender but still firm. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a large bowl, combine calamari, parsley, basil, mint, and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until emulsified.

Pour dressing over calamari salad and toss to coat.
