How To Make Calamari Pasta Recipe
A savory and satisfying pasta dish featuring tender calamari and al dente spaghetti noodles.

Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 16 oz calamari, sliced into rings
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese, for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Cook spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add calamari rings, chopped tomatoes, white wine, and chicken broth. Stir well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the calamari is tender.

Add the cooked spaghetti and toss gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the pasta among four plates and garnish with grated parmesan cheese and parsley.
