Ingredients
- 4 banana peppers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut a lengthwise slit in each banana pepper, removing the seeds and ribs.

In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Stuff each banana pepper with the cheese mixture, pressing gently to fill completely.

Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the filling is melted and golden brown.
