- 8 jalapeño peppers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.

Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeño half, filling them evenly.

In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs with a pinch of salt.

Roll each jalapeño half in the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to ensure they stick.

Place the stuffed jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is melted and lightly golden on top.
