How To Make Bison Stew
A hearty, flavorful stew made with tender bison meat, potatoes, and vegetables.
Serves:
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
-
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the bison stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
