  • 100g spicy salami
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin from the spicy salami and roughly chop it.

  2. Deseed the red chili pepper and finely chop it.

  3. Peel and crush the garlic clove.

  4. In a blender or food processor, combine the spicy salami, red chili pepper, garlic, olive oil, tomato paste, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt.

  5. Blend until you get a smooth and spreadable consistency.

  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

  7. Transfer the spicy salami spread to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
