- 2tbspunsalted butter
- 1garlic clove,minced
- ā cupheavy whipping cream
- 2tspbasil
- 2tspparsley
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste
- ¼cupgorgonzola cheese,crumbled
- 1tbspparmesan cheese,grated
Instructions

Combine the sake, butter, and garlic into a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the cream to the sake mixture, then stir for 3 minutes, until reduced by one fourth.
