How To Make Pear and Gorgonzola Stuffing Recipe
Savory stuffing made with juicy pears, creamy Gorgonzola cheese, and earthy herbs.

Ingredients
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 pears, peeled and diced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet and toast for 10-12 minutes, until crisp.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add pears and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender.

Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Stir in toasted bread cubes, Gorgonzola cheese, parsley, sage, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Transfer stuffing mixture to a greased baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
