For Salsa:

  • 8fresh peaches,peeled, pitted, and diced
  • ½cupyellow cherry tomatoes,quartered
  • ¼red onion,chopped
  • 2tbspfresh cilantro,chopped
  • ½jalapeno pepper,seeded, membranes discarded, chopped
  • ¼tspground cardamom
  • 1lime,juiced
  • 1tbsplemon juice,fresh

For Chips:

  • 10small flour tortillas,cut into 8 wedges
  • ¼cupbutter,melted
  • 2tbspcinnamon sugar

Instructions

Salsa:

  1. Mix the peaches, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper together in a bowl, then sprinkle with cardamom.

  2. Drizzle the lime juice and lemon juice over the salsa, then toss to coat.

Chips:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
