Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 pounds steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your preferred cut)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, dried rosemary, and dried thyme.

Place the steak in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it.

Seal the bag, ensuring the steak is coated evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Remove the steak from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
