  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the griddle pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and honey. Add the sliced spring onions and mix well.
