Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of apple juice
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
-
In a bowl, combine the apple juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
-
Using a meat injector, inject the marinade into different parts of the pork, making sure to distribute it evenly.
-
Place the pork in a resealable plastic bag and pour any remaining marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
-
After marinating, remove the pork from the bag and discard the marinade. Cook the pork as desired, whether it’s grilling, roasting, or smoking.
