Use nothing but the freshest ingredients for this cool cucumber salsa. It’s great with chips and tacos and works best when chilled before serving.

- 2cucumbers,peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 2tomatoes,chopped
- ½cupgreen bell pepper,chopped
- 1jalapeno pepper,seeded and minced
- ½onion,chopped
- 1tspgarlic,minced
- 2tbsplime juice
- 2tspcilantro,minced
- ¼tspdried dill weed
- ¼tspgarlic salt
Instructions

Add chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, green pepper, jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, dill, and garlic salt to a medium bowl.Â
