How To Make Cod with Cucumber, Avocado & Mango Salsa Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.

Grill or bake cod for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.

In a bowl, combine cucumber, avocado, mango, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
