- ½cupcilantro,chopped
- ¼cuplime juice,fresh
- ¼cupcider vinegar
- 1jalapeno chili
- 2tspkosher salt
- 1tspfreshly ground pepper
- 2cupbanana,firm and slightly under ripe, chopped
