If you want an extremely cheesy dip, whip up this sweet, salty, and savory cheese dip loaded with two cheeses, for a gooey accompaniment to snacks!

  • 1lbStella® Fontina Cheese
  • 8ozStella® Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½cupStella® Parmesan Cheese,divided
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 6garlic cloves,minced
  • 1tbspfresh thyme leaves,minced
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • 1tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • French baguette slices,toasted


  1. Set the oven to broil and the rack to 6 inches away from the top of the oven.

  2. In a large cast iron skillet add the Fontina, mozzarella, ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.

  3. Put the pan in the oven to broil for 6 to 7 minutes or until browned.

  4. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley when it comes out of the oven.

  5. Serve with toasted baguette slices, and enjoy!
