How To Make Asiago Dip

This asiago dip is a creamy concoction made of Asiago cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and sour cream, that goes great with crackers and bread!

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 40 minutes



  • 1cuplight mayo
  • 1bunchgreen onions,thin sliced
  • cupAsiago Cheese,grated
  • 5artichoke hearts,diced
  • ½cupsun dried tomatoes,not oil packed
  • 8ozsour cream,(1 carton), low fat
  • 1tbspparmesan,grated
  • 2tspgarlic,minced


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together and put into a pie plate or shallow baking dish. Sprinkle the top with a little bit of Asiago Cheese.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

  4. Serve with bruschetta or crackers. Enjoy!
