How To Make Herbed Brioche Dressing
Our Herbed Brioche Dressing is a delicious side dish for any occasion, with the perfect combination of savory and fluffy brioche bread.

Ingredients
- 6 cups of cubed brioche bread
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, sage, thyme)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of chicken stock
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Spread out the cubed brioche bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

In a large bowl, mix together the celery, onion, herbs, and garlic.

Add the toasted brioche bread to the bowl and toss until the bread is coated with the vegetable mixture.

In another small bowl, mix the melted butter and chicken stock and pour over the bread mixture.

Toss until everything is coated and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
