Ingredients

  • 4 cups of bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, pecans, cranberries, celery, and onion.

  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and pour over bread mixture.

  4. Add chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper to the bread mixture and mix well.
