Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 cups crumbled cornbread
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine pecans, cranberries, cornbread, celery, onion, and garlic.

  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

  4. Pour butter mixture over the cornbread mixture and toss until well coated.

  5. Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.

  6. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
