How To Make Butternut Squash and Sage Dressing Recipe
This is a flavorful and hearty dressing made with roasted butternut squash and fresh sage.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed butternut squash
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 cups cubed bread, toasted
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, toss butternut squash, onion, celery, garlic, olive oil, sage, salt, and black pepper together until the vegetables are evenly coated.

Spread the veggie mixture on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the squash is tender and slightly caramelized.

In a large bowl, mix the roasted vegetables, toasted bread cubes, and broth together until the bread is fully soaked.

Transfer the stuffing mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
