  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Roll pie crust out into a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix pecans, corn syrup, and brown sugar.

  4. Add in eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix well.

  5. Pour mixture into pie crust.

  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until filling is set.

  7. Let cool before serving.
