Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1 1/4 cups pecan halves
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Arrange pecans in the bottom of the pie crust.

  3. In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Pour mixture over pecans in the pie crust.

  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until filling is set.

  6. Allow pie to cool completely before serving.
