How To Make Mediterranean Pasta Salad Recipe
A refreshing and healthy combination of pasta, vegetables, feta cheese and Mediterranean-inspired seasonings.

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, halved
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese crumbles, Kalamata olives, and chopped parsley.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until combined.
