How To Make Lemon Dill Shrimp Pasta Salad Recipe
This refreshing pasta salad combines lemony shrimp with fresh dill for a light summertime dish.

Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes per side.

Turn off the heat and add the lemon juice, dill, red onion, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and shrimp mixture. Toss to combine.

Serve chilled.
