How To Make Lemon Dill Shrimp Pasta Salad Recipe

This refreshing pasta salad combines lemony shrimp with fresh dill for a light summertime dish.

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes per side.

  5. Turn off the heat and add the lemon juice, dill, red onion, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

  6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and shrimp mixture. Toss to combine.

  7. Serve chilled.
