How To Make Spinach and Orzo Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz orzo pasta
- 8 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked orzo pasta, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, basil leaves, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
