These Keto Shrimp Skewers are marinated in fresh herbs & lemon, perfect for any summer BBQ or gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers and brush mixture over the shrimp skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
