Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound cooked crabmeat
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crabmeat, cherry tomatoes, red onion, celery, parsley, and dill.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and toss well to coat.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve the Bloody Mary Seafood Salad on a bed of iceberg lettuce leaves.
