How To Make Easter Lamb Souvlaki Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lamb leg meat, cubed
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 skewer sticks
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

Add lamb cubes and mix until meat is evenly coated. Marinate for 20 minutes.

Thread lamb meat, onions, and red peppers onto skewer sticks.

Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.

Serve hot with a side of Tzatziki sauce.
