How To Make Easter Lamb and Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe
Quick and easy Easter meal with tender lamb and healthy vegetables in a savory stir-fry.

Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, sliced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the lamb, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat and stir-fry the lamb until browned.

Remove the lamb from the wok, set aside.

Add the bell peppers, sugar snap peas, garlic, and ginger in the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and honey to the wok and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Return the lamb to the wok and mix well with the vegetables.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
