Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the lamb, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat and stir-fry the lamb until browned.

  3. Remove the lamb from the wok, set aside.

  4. Add the bell peppers, sugar snap peas, garlic, and ginger in the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and honey to the wok and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  6. Return the lamb to the wok and mix well with the vegetables.

  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
