How To Make Easter Lamb Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.

Add lamb, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper, cook until browned.
