How To Make Easter Lamb Roast Recipe

- 1 Bone-in leg of lamb (4-5 lbs)
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

In a small bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.

Rub the mixture over the lamb and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Place the lamb on a roasting pan and roast for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium-rare.
