  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 4 sprigs of mint (for garnish)


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

  2. Layer the yogurt mixture, mixed berries, and granola in a parfait glass.

  3. Repeat layers until the glass is almost full.

  4. Top with a few additional mixed berries and granola.

  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
